She has been an Esthetician at 1 on 1 Self Indulgence Spa since 2008 and truly loves what she does. Her attention to detail and passion for helping people will leave you feeling cared for.

Phary became a Cosmetologist in 1993 but her passion for skincare and nails led her to the spa world. She has been with 1 on 1 Self Indulgence since we opened our doors  in 2004 and she continues to bring joy and radiance to her clients. Her favorite facial would definitely be the HydraFacial but she is also an expert at perfecting a pedicure! 

A massage therapist since 2013, Diane provides a warm and inviting space, exceling at listening to her clients’ specific needs and delivering personalized massage services. Diane enjoys working out knots through deep tissue, supporting moms-to-be, integrating relaxation and deep tissue within a service, and providing spa-inspired body wraps and scrubs. 

Carol's Educational background and experience offers a unique blend of healthcare and wellness expertise. She is a Certified Health Coach, a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Muscular Therapist with over 20 years experience in the healing arts. Carol has practiced massage and bodywork in a variety of settings including outpatient physical therapy clinics, spa and hospice home care. She has advanced training in oncology massage and eastern bodywork techniques. Whatever the modality, she will deliver services that advocate for your health, enhance your quality of life and promote living life well at every life stage.

Melissa is a truly gifted Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience. She enjoys customizing her massage with a combination of science and the artistic way in which her hands guide her. She has the power to do Deep Pressure techniques for those difficult areas and also relax you with soothing, rhythmic strokes. Her specialty by far is her Therapeutic Massage enhanced with Cupping, but don’t underestimate the power of her Sabai or the relief of her Pre-Natal. You can’t go wrong with any massage from Melissa. 

Grace became an Esthetician in 2014, after realizing she could combine her passion for all things Beauty, Skin and Art. Personally styling her own brows over the years, she really grew a passion for them. Leading her to pursue and create “Beauty and Grace.” Where Beauty Meets Grace! One client at a time it is apparent she has passion and skill to transform any brow or set of lashes!

Ashley is an Esthetician who specializes in facials and waxing. It has been a dream of hers to share her passion for helping people feel beautiful in their own skin. As an Esthetician and someone who’s suffered from dry skin and acne scars themselves her goal is to not only make clients feel comfortable and happy in the skin they were born in, but to also educate on how to obtain healthy skin from the inside out. Ashley is a firm believer that there is not a “one size fits all” or “quick fix” when it comes to skincare, so as you go on this skin journey together, be prepared to have professional treatments and a home care regime tailored to YOUR specific needs!

Maurene is native New Englander practicing massage since the 1900s. LOL. Her bubbly personality will make you instantly feel welcome and her years of experience doing massage therapy as well as a caretaker helps her to help you to feel your best. If you are in need of a custom massage experience to induce total relaxation Maurene is the therapist for you! In her off time she enjoys time in nature camping, gardening and even DIY.

A 25-year journey in the ever-changing Spa industry has led Janine to her forever home. She has developed a deep passion for pedicures and ingrown toenails. She believes the feet are the foundation of the body and wants to help all her clients to achieve and maintain Happy Feet! Janine truly loves what she does and lives by the motto, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
