Spa Policies

Greetings from 1 on 1 Spa!

 

Masks are no longer required for clients who are vaccinated within 1 on 1 Spa however all employees will continue to where their masks so that we may continue to offer you the safest and most comfortable service we can. You are welcome to wear your mask should you so choose or request a time with fewer clients. This is subject to change with any mask mandate.

 

Please continue to socially distance around others, your provider will greet you at the door at the time of your appointment. You are welcome to relax in the relaxation area after your appointment.

 

We will continue to remain by appointment only (times are available 7 days a week!) and ask that you make your appointments and gift certificate orders online or contact us at info@1on1spa.com  

Please reschedule if you are not feeling well or live with someone who is unwell. No fee will be charged for rescheduling when sick but please call.

 

If you test positive for covid-19 in the week following your spa appointment, please​ contact the spa immediately so we may discreetly alert your service provider and any clients you may have had contact with the day of your service.

Cancellation Policy 
Please give 24 hours notice for one appointment, 48 hours for multiple appointments of any cancellation. A credit card number must be given to hold your appointment. A charge of 25% of your service(s) will be charged with less time than our policy notice (exclusions apply). 

 

Cell Phones 
When you enter 1 on 1 Self Indulgence, we would like you to forget the demands of your every day life. To achieve this special moment of relaxation as well as for the respect of others trying to escape, we ask that you please leave your cell phone in your car, or set it to the vibration mode prior to entering our facility. Thank you for your understanding on this delicate matter.

 

Gratuity*
We ask that gratuity be given to your provider in cash, check or Venmo. Normal gratuity practice is 15-20% of total treatment price.

Payment Options
For your convenience we accept debit cards, checks*, all major credit cards, and 1 on 1 Self Indulgence Gift Cards. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
*Please be aware that we will charge $30 fee for any checks that are returned.

Client Questionnaires

Please fill out all Client Questionnaires online prior to your appointment.

 

The Day of Your Appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Your Service Provider will be waiting for you at the door at the time of your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

 

Use of Facilities - Suspended
Use of showers and hydro tub is permitted only with certain treatments and packages. Please inquire with Front Desk prior to your visit for clarification on whether your treatment includes use of showers and/or hydro tub.

 

Lost and Found
Please make sure you have all your personal belongings before you leave, we will do our best to remind you, however, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

 

Gift Cards
1 on 1 Self Indulgence offers Gift Cards for your convenience. Gift Cards can be used towards any service and/or retail product offered at our facility. Please note that our Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Click here to purchase a Gift Card.

 

Gift Cards are available for any dollar amount that you so choose. So you may choose an amount, and then let the holder of the Gift Card choose the treatment or product that they desire. A perfect gift for men, women and teens!

 

Pre-Paid Packages/Classes

Pre-Paid Services, Classes and Packages are discounted and therefore non-refundable.
