Essentrics, developed by Miranda Esmonde-White, dynamically combines strengthening and stretching to develop a strong, toned body with the complete ability of moving each joint and muscle freely, and with full range of motion.

 

Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain-free body.

Personalized instruction in a small class size of 5​

This class is aimed at regaining mobility while slowly building strength and reawakening the power of your 650 muscles. This routine is designed for those who have chronic aches and pains, atrophy-related stiffness, reduced mobility and flexibility, or those who are beginning to exercise after a sedentary period. For men and women of all ages who are looking for a gentle, slow tempo class.
